Spar
On 22 August, 2006 Spar Palapye opened it’s newly refurbished
store. This was in the same month as the opening of the brand new Village
super spar and Serowe Spar. The Spar Group now has a total of 17 Spar stores
and 4 Spar Tops (bottle stores) around the country. Their entire point of
sale (POS) equipment is supported under contract with Information Solutions.
Previously the Spar group relied on software support from South Africa but
they often experienced delays so Information Solutions arranged for the
training of our Software Engineer on the application in use and we are now
able to offer our assistance to the South African based company ensuring
a minimal downtime for our client.
