Information Solutions currently has over 40 contracted clients. Information Solutions customer base is growing rapidly, with medium to large companies providing the current market. Businesses make up for 100% of IS’s customers as companies are beginning to change to information systems business in order to remain competitive. For example those companies with widely distributed branches and affiliates require more real time communication, ordering, invoicing systems etc.
Of course some companies simply require some technical
expertise to ensure the smooth running of their servers and or critical
devices.
This is a growing market where well known company names such as IBM, Microsoft
and Cisco partner with organisations in local economies to provide skills
on the ground
Information Solutions carries out an annual customer service survey conducted by Executive Options based in Cape Town, South Africa. The following graph illustrates the results from the 2002 survey. The next survey will be carried out in the near future.
